What certifications do you hold?
We are certified to ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, and Badatz Kosher. The factory is also implementing the BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 system to meet UK supermarket market access requirements.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, free samples are available — customers only need to cover the courier cost. Sample lead time: 7–10 working days.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the formula, mold, and packaging. Flexible MOQs can be offered for new customers — please contact our sales team for details.
What is the production lead time?
After the deposit is received and all packaging materials are confirmed, the standard lead time is approximately 45–62 working days.
Can flavor, color, shape, and packaging be customized?
Yes. We support customized flavors, colors, candy shapes, customer private-label packaging bags, and gift box packaging.
